The Company is committed to conducting business in an ethical manner and we do not tolerate or engage in any form of corruption or bribery. We are committed to upholding the laws relating to anti-bribery as laid down in the Bribery Act 2010. 

 

YOUR OBLIGATION

All employees of Wilson Vale are expected to act in an ethical manner throughout all business interactions. Employees must not accept or offer bribes to any client, supplier, employee or other related third part of Wilson Vale. Employees are required to notify the Directors if you have reason to believe or suspect that an instance of bribery or corruption has taken place or you believe may take place.
